Laborious hustle and bustle. Ants carry confetti across uneven ground. A gold, silver, and black flickering between the scraping of the ants’ feet and fragments of fading songs. As the animals go about their business, the carnival in Brazil slowly draws to a close. A sigh for nights gone by.
