The program put together on the occasion of the forty-year anniversary of the Medienwerkstatt Wien is devoted to questions of representation, staging, and depiction of femininity(ies). It takes up the focus of this year’s historical special and turns especially to the themes, styles, and mediated “images of women” in the respective works.
